Paprika-Chive Corn Muffins

I think we have a winner. After several attempts we made a killer corn muffin with smoked paprika, honey, fresh chives, and confit onion and garlic. These will be great for bread service.

Yes,the corn muffin is a winner. It’s so hard to choose a favorite but the pineapple cake with coconut ice cream was so great that I can still taste it. just thinking about it. I might have to go back tonight to try the Hallibut. I don’t think they should serve the cherries on the fallen chocolate cake to children. The cherries are so marinated drunk that’s probably why the cake fell in the first place. Good! Good!.
Went for the first time on Wednesday evening 10/07/09. I can’t wait to go back. The food was fabulous!! The wait staff is great! I have talked about Ava’s so much that some of my friends want to know if I am the spokes person. I tell them just go and you will see why I am talking so much about it.
Wonderful food and service! All of it. We were in Rockwall visiting from Nebraska and enjoyed your cuisine! The muffins were to die for!
