   Easter Brunch this Sunday will be my third time to experience Restaurant Ava, and I can’t wait! I FINALLY thought of a word to describe the ambiance, the decor, the service and the food - SUBLIME. Restaurant Ava is a totally SUBLIME experience.

   One warning: I have heard from many who have dined there (and I have to agree), the corn muffins can become an addiction. It’s TRUE! I am shaking, and my mouth is watering as I write this.

   O MY GOD……. I CANT EVEN DESCRIBE HOW AWSOME THIS SPOT IS. THIS PLACE LOOKS AMAZING, THE FOOD IS UNBELIEVABLE, AND THE CHEFS ARE AWSOME. BY FAR THE BEST RESTAURANT IN TEXAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   Went last night and got a new item on Starter menu - Tortelloni - OH MY GOODNESS - it was wonderful! Also noted new dessert - can you just come in and get all dessert????

   What a wonderful dining experience. The rock island shrimp and halibut were amazing. To top it off with a brownie covered in homemade marshmallow with a side of peanut butter ice cream made the night complete. I am so glad to hear that the menu will keep changing as fresh ingredients become available. Thank you for an incredible dining experience. Welcome to Rockwall, we’ve been waiting for a place like this for a long time.

   My husband (who is also a chef) and I love your restaurant! We have been twice and can’t say enough great things about the food, atmosphere, etc. We are telling everyone we know to check out Restaurant Ava!

   What a wonderful dining experience! My parents were impressed as well as my husband. We always dine the best in the DFW area. We will no longer need to drive over an hour to get a great gourmet meal. The presentation was wonderful along with the wait staff.

   Thank you for bringing Rockwall out of the Pizza and Fast Food slump! I can’t wait to see what’s on the menu next.
