Restaurant AVA is dedicated to providing only the freshest, seasonal ingredients possible. All of our breads, pastas, and cured meats are created in house. We support the farm to table movement by sourcing our meat, produce, eggs, and dairy locally whenever possible.
Our chefs regularly browse local farmer’s markets for new and exciting items to showcase our simple, yet sophisticated dishes. Relationships with these farmers and artisans are an integral part of our concept of bringing farm fresh ingredients to the table. These farmers and artisans provide us with superior meats, the freshest fruits and vegetables, and finely crafted cheeses.
Whether from down the street or across the sea, we offer wines to match every palate.
