We all want a great meal, but great service means more to my wife and I than anything. Rachel is professional, kind, respectful and has made our most memorable experiences at Ava's even better. He is awesome. Always proffesional and love if you have never been there before he tells a great story about the chef's, and there approach to there concept and food. Nate and Randall are true genius's when it comes to food there approach is truly awesome. Also {the real talent} back of the house sous chef are beast .These guys and girls are crazy talented . This restuarant is a true gem to Rockwall. He is a very attentive and knowlegable server - and gets our sense of humor. Jerome is always on hand to greet us and makes us feel like we are VIPS everytime we come in and for that - we thank him. We also love to sit at the bar and Brad is very attentive and patient with us on our journey through what to drink and eat on Thursdays. So, I can't say we have a favorite but each one we have brings a different level of great attention and fun.
